The waste paper contains many types of light and heavy impurities, and other substances like asphalt, wax, oil, and other heat-melting or pressure sensitive adhesive. If these heat melting impurities stay
in the pulp stock, it would stick onto the wire, felt, roll and the dryer surface. Those impurities cause tearing, holes and other problems of paper, thus these heat-melting impurities should be processed.
The disperser system uses both the mechanical force and high temperature steam to dissociate and micronized the impurities in pulp stock. The impurities will be dissolved into invisible micro dot after up
to 100°C process, it will be mixed evenly within the fiber so they won't be seen in the finish product.
